At SulisPret, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a defective or damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • You receive an incorrect size due to an error made by SulisPret.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof of the defect or incorrect item.

Once your request is approved, the exchange will be processed subject to stock availability.

Size Policy

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

  • Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

  • If you request a size exchange and the required size is unavailable, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

  • We are responsible only if an incorrect size is shipped due to our error.

Refund Policy

SulisPret follows a No Refund Policy.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Color variations due to screen settings or lighting.

  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier services.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Shipping charges or applicable taxes.

In exceptional cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability for an approved defective or incorrect item, SulisPret may issue Store Credit (Gift Card) equal to the value of the purchased item. Store credit is valid for future purchases only and is non-refundable.

Sale Items

All products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, or monitor settings.

  • Any extra fabric, accessories, embellishments, or patches shown in promotional images will only be included if specifically mentioned in the product description.

  • Slight variations in fabric dye or texture are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Garment Care

To maintain the quality of your garment:

  • Follow the care instructions provided with the product.

  • Dry cleaning is recommended unless otherwise stated.

  • SulisPret is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.

However, SulisPret reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product being out of stock.

  • Failure to meet our quality control standards.

  • Payment authorization failure.

  • Fraud prevention checks.

  • Pricing errors or technical issues.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, any eligible online payment will be refunded through the original payment method where applicable.

Exchange Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if:

  • The request is made after the specified reporting period.

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • Evidence of the claimed defect is not provided.

  • The returned item does not pass our inspection.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch. If an item fails our quality control process, the order may be cancelled, and the customer will be notified immediately.
