All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Standard ready-to-wear orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order verification.
Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days for major metropolitan cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi).
- Shipping Charges: Standard domestic delivery rates apply at checkout based on destination and package weight. Complimentary shipping may apply on promotional thresholds.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide across all serviceable areas.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide to the US, UK, Canada, UAE, Europe, and Australia via premier international logistics partners (DHL / FedEx Express).
- Estimated Delivery: 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import clearance fees, or destination taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the outer parcel appears tampered with or damaged, please take photographs and notify our team within 24 hours at support@sulispret.com.
